Return Policy
All returns & exchanges must be authorized by Jfkgrocery.com, within 1day of receiving the item via UPS/FedEx. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased through our service, you may request replacement of that item provided if all return criteria are met, to be determined at our sole discretion. Return authorization requests are made by writing to support@Jfkgrocery.com. Please be sure to indicate Order Item # and Order # on the request along with picture of the packing & box. You will contacted by our our representative.

 

Local Delivery & Curb Side Pickups:
Local Home Delivery Orders are processed within 24 to 48 Hours while Curb Side Pickups are processed the same day (for all orders placed before 5pm)  Occassionaly - Local delivery or Curb Side pikcup orders delivery may be delayed further due to high demand.
Delivery Driver will call once prior to dispatch & once while at the location. If customer is not home or does not answer phone/email - Driver will wait for maximum of 10 minutes.If we cannot contact the customer, then driver will return the order back to store or we may leave the package at the doorstep based on our discretion. In the case, the package is returned to the store - customer is requested to curb side pick up for free the next day or pay another delivery fee to come back again in the next route. If refund is requested a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
In the event of an item not available, we may provide substitutions. These are price matched - not quantity matched. Staff will contact customer once over phone & email, However - if customer does not respond then we may either move forward with the substitions at our discretion or refund the item.
Once the order has been delivered, we expect our customers to check the contents ASAP. Contact our customer service department within 2 to 6  hours of receiving the package (if delivered at home or picked up from store)  - If there is an issue. Please take multiple pictures of the issue and provide complete details by sending E-mail to webstore@Jfkgrocery.com.
All refunds/exchanges MUST be authorized. Each issue is reviewed on a case by case basis and refund is approved or denied at our own discretion.
A 10% Cancellation fee may be charged, if customer decides to cancel without any fault of ours. We try our best to work with the customer for options to waive this fee, However at times we may have to charge.
